Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the Guest
All cancellation requests must be made by email or via the contact form available on the website.
1.1 Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: no refund will be issued.
1.2 No-Show
In case of a no-show on the day of the reservation, no refund will be granted, and the full stay will be charged.
2. Reservation Modifications
Any request to modify a reservation (change of dates, change in the number of nights or accommodation units) is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. Cancellation by Le Domaine des Loups
In the event of exceptional circumstances (force majeure, serious technical issues, unavailability of the accommodation), Le Domaine des Loups reserves the right to cancel a reservation. The guest will then be fully refunded, and no additional compensation can be claimed.
4. Force Majeure
No refund or compensation may be claimed in the event of a cancellation due to a force majeure event (natural disaster, pandemic, government restriction, etc.). A rescheduling solution may be considered depending on availability.
5. Refund Procedures
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary between 7 and 14 business days from the confirmation of the cancellation.
